Note:  The assessments for the Rectory Road area are not valid – as the documentation originally submitted by the proposer to Breckland referenced only one (1a) of the three areas indicated, and Breckland accidentally included an assessment relating to Attleborough!  The proposer has subsequently indicated that all three areas are now being put forward for consideration, and Breckland await confirmation of details from the agent.
